Pictures are up.
Yesterday was the first of 3 days for the long track world cup qualifiers. My camera just didn't feel like taking pictures.... well it was just lazy feeling. Most of the pictures turned out blurry. It was really cold.
Today I went to the races and photoed some good ones... I hope. I played with settings more. Depending of if the skater I was photographing was in the inner of outer, I would change things up. I also visited different areas of the oval. I haven't officially looked at the pictures from today yet, but I have a good feeling about them.
*BLADE UPDATE*
Current Blade Location: Mike's Desk
Last Night: Paul was awesome and rockered my blades. I brought them home for some one on one time in the jig. A few hours of sharpening and they're golden... no pun intended.
Tomorrow After The Races: Mike will bend them.
Then: I will put them on my boots
Then: I will skate!!!
Funny Story: So I said that I needed 16.5 because I had measured my old ones and that's what size they were. So I went to put my blade guards on them last night after the sharpening extravaganza and my guards were too short!!! I was like what the heck?!?!? Come to find out I measured my old blades wrong (somehow) and so now I have new blades that are a half inch longer than what I'm used to. I have been told that things will be fine and it's probably better anyways. YAY!!!
