I got to work this morning and we looked up what in the world that spider centipede was... It is a HOUSE CENTIPEDE and apparently good to have around. It eats all other bugs and what not. It can bite and has venom, but doesn't penetrate human skin often, and when it does, it can hurt and goes away within a few hours. My readings tell me it's common in Utah, but no one else has ever seen one before! Oh and they move fast (16 inches per second)!
