Coming to work today was fun. I found & was told about some pretty cool sites/stuff and would like to share them here on my blog.

A#1. I girl, Brenda, I work with, told me to check out comidian: Demetri Martin



B#2. Another girl that I work with, Heather, said that a boy e work with, Austin told her about this: Flash Flash Revolution It's awesome!

C#3. And lastly, last night I was searching the net for some stretching and core workouts and found this: Spark People It has workout videos, stretching moves and all kinds of stuff.
