1800

A new thing will be starting for me starting tomorrow.

Tonight at work, I ran into my body builder friend and was talking to him about foods. I told him that I want to get rid of fat, because I have been doing weights and there is too much covering up what muscle I've gained. So he suggested going on going an 1800 calories over 6 meals a day. I'M GUNNA DO IT!

I checked out the numbers I have racked up in my kitchen... I can do this! I will get 300 calories a meal. It'll be cake! ...minus the cake part. (take it how you want.)
