Sundays are good for relaxing and working on websites. I can't access my sites!!!!!!!!!!!

It is being so dumb! I don't know why. I pay for good 24/7 service/support and it won't even give me the phone number because it doesn't recognize that I have that service. It may be time to shop for new hosting!
