After half a day with my 1800 calorie food intake... wow. I can see how the changes will be affecting the future. With the food I've eaten, I've wanted more in the same setting. My stomach feels full, but I just want to eat.
Feed the body, not the mouth!
I need to find foor with 0 caories that I can eat when I get the munchies!
