Ode to Taco Bell

It ended tonight,
The Taco Bell might.
It was always there for me
For my mouth's happiness, it was the key.
The Mexican Pizza was the best
North, South, East and West.
Tonight I enjoyed my last one.
While it was happening, it was fun.
I am a skater in training now
My stomach said, in a bad way, wow.
I can only eat what's healthy
So I must leave you be.

Today was fun. I slept in an hour past. It was a mighty fine sleep and fueled my day. I got to work only 30 minutes later than I wanted. (We don't have scheduled times.)

Upon arriving to work, I make my online rounds one stop including CNN. I look to see that there is love coverage of a space shuttle launch with in the hour. If I wasn't awake before... I was very awake at that moment!

Space and stuff has always struck my fancy. Meteor showers, comets, stars, planets, all that stuff. I was so excited. I got the live feed to work and enjoyed the countless delays of the countdown while watching small video clips about NASA and the way things run.

Five. Four. Three. Two. One. There it went! There was a camera on the fuel tank. It takes about 2.5 minutes to get to space. I watched the rocket boosters separate from the tank, and then the tank from the shuttle... all in space! It was so awesome! I kinda feel like I was there this morning!

If someone would have told me that I was going to space this morning, no way! but ok!

So as the shuttle is going up the crew is sharing information about speed and what not. The speed reached 10,000+ miles an hour! They also talked about how much fuel was used: If you take a normal sized swimming pool and empty it out in 25 seconds, that is equivalent to how much fuel was being used! WOAH!
