Fun in the sun!

Today, I had to take a break from taking a break and skate some short track. It was still daylight and 53 when practice was over! So wonderful.

We hopped out on the ice right after the figure skaters, no zam. Threw down some water and we were good to go! Jon coached practice tonight and it was mighty fun! We did some corner and straight away excells, then some fun lovin circle drills followed by laps. Got some good pictures! It was just fun tonight. It wasn't hard training. Sit back, relax and skate!

So it's been 3ish weeks since I have done any training and I am happy with how I did tonight. I need to get my butt lower, and do something better with my knees, but all in all, it was good.

Man, those blades look nice.

Summer is coming and I can't wait! I'll enjoy every second of spring though. Just no more snow!
