2 Things

1- I looked at the weekend forecast for our camping area and it says: Scattered T-Storms for Sat & Sun. That could make for an interesting time.

2- I skated today. It's been since July.

Skating was right after hockey so not only did it stink to high heaven, but the ice was so chewed up! I felt like an advance beginner. I didn't think I was strong before... I was! Today I felt every skating muscle work and they didn't really feel like working for very long. I can't say that it was fun, but I can't say it wasn't.

When I was in the car at some point today I heard something on the radio that made total sense. It was an ad... it said something like, if you life has been on auto pilot reach higher elevations with 4wheelin. That got me thinking that if your life does seem like it's flat lining, or on auto pilot, it is time to check out of that and get to new elevations. Try new things to see if you like them. Master something.

It seems that so many people go to work, and come home. I've been doing that and it's easy to say that you are too tired to do anything else. L-A-Z-Y is more like it! Sure you are tired cause that is your routine. If you throw something else in there, your body will adjust and you will be accomplishing something for yourself. That in turn will give you a new outlook on life. The sky is the limit.

One needs to decide what is worth sticking with and then mastering it. In everything you will find doubts and assurances. Easy and Hard. Ups and Downs. It's human to think about all that stuff. If you can control thinking about the downs, doubts and what's hard, why can't you control the assurances, ups and what's easy?

I've heard people say, You are living the life you wish to be living.
