Here comes the sun... do, do , do, do.

Today (from 4:00pm on) was lovely. I came home got my workout clothes on and went for a run. It was more like a 22 minute extravaganza on the Legacy Parkway Trail! I was supposed to skate tonight, but while I was sitting at work TRYING to actually work, all I could think about was the warm 42 degree weather and sunnyness. I couldn't take being inside anymore. I left work early and drove home with the window down. I cannot wait for spring/summer! Being inside in the winter was fun, but its so old now. Oh, but I thought that running would be better; I get good workouts from running opposed to anything else. It gets my heart rate going the best.
