This morning we all got up. Nick and I manned the pancaked and scrambled eggs while Anthony warmed up Nick's x-box. It was a joyful morning... really.
In about 20 minutes we (my household: Anthony, Fran, Tony, Nick & Myself) are all heading over to the Oval for the annual Desert Classic Short Track race series. Today's action includes THE TIME TRIAL. It is were 2 skaters on opposite sides of the ice skate 1000 meters (9 laps) to determine tomorrow's standings for the real racing.
Nick, Anthony and Fran are racing. Tony is the HD video guy, flew in from Calif last night. I am photographing. We could totally run our own show! Ice warm up is at 1 and skating starts at 2.
