I don't like the feeling I have when admitting this, but I had no idea that Ivan Rodriguez (my all time favorite baseball player) played for the Yankees. He has apparently been playing since July. That is just so far out! I am in shock! He has always been number 7, and now he is number 12. That is kinda funny actually.
Cody Ross who plays for the Marlins is one that I have been following since I lived in Vegas and attended almost every game in 2006. I have 5 of his autographs:
- Game worn jersey
- baseball that he signed when we met
- program that I asked him to sign
- 2 broken bats
Cody was number 7. When he got moved to the Marlins he became number 12.
So my favorite and second favorite players were both number 7 and now are number 12.
